CPK Kid Chefs

California Pizza Kitchen gives kids an opportunity to discovering how things work. A free VIP-style restaurant tour at CPK is a unique opportunity to step behind the counter and see what happens in our kitchens. Kids will love learning the secrets about pizza making from the experts in our hands-on pizza demo. Each kid also receives an activity book, CPKids pencil, and a certificate for a free CPK Meal on their next visit. Behind-the-scenes tours are free for schools and non-profit organizations. Cheeburger Cheeburger

Cheeburger Cheeburger is a funky place with eclectic lighting and various life-size celebrity stand ups. There is a kids menu on a place mat with crayons. Kids can receive their meal in a souvenir classic car cruiser. They have a fan club and if the children’s parents sign up, children receive a FREE meal on  their birthdays. As one mother wrote, “they have everything that a little one might like: hot dogs, fries, pizza, pasta, grilled cheese.  For the adults they have salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, pizza.  They also have specialty coffees, cookies, and cupcakes.  They have plastic serving ware which I love!  They have character plates and colorful plastic silverware for the kids.  I believe most or all of the food is organic.  The music is great too and they have special events throughout the week, listed on their website”. First Watch Cafe

The First Watch Café is a chain of “Daytime” Cafes open from 7AM until 2:30PM. They serve a breakfast and brunch menu. This location has an outdoor area which is great for kids. There is kid’s menu with many of the adult items and gluten-free options. The kids receive fun cups and crayons. Their Sun-eClub gives kids free meals on their birthday. Visit First Watch

Sky Galley Restaurant

As one mother wrote, the kids get to pick wherever they want to eat dinner for their birthday. It was my 4 year olds birthday and I told him that there was a restaurant we could go to where he could eat dinner and watch airplanes land & take off.  That’s all I needed to say, he was sold….The kids spent much of the meal gazing out the windows, which gave mom & dad some time to chat. While the restaurant’s website does not show a kid’s menu, they do have one. In addition to watching the planes, the restaurant has toys for the kids. Visit Sky Galley
